Poker Million VII - Terms & Conditions

  • The Promoter of this promotion is Ladbrokes International Ltd, PO Box 150, Europort, Gibraltar.

  • The $21,000 PMVII package comprises 2 components; 1) a single $20,000 seat in one of the 12 televised heats in the televised stage of the Poker Million VII Tournament; 2) a $1,000 hospitality package that includes accommodation and transport for 2 whilst in London for filming.

  • All heats and second chance satellites will be filmed during July in London at Sky Sports Studios, Isleworth, Middlesex.

  • The Semi-Finals & Final will be filmed and broadcast live on Sky Sports during December 2008.

  • The minimum age limit for the tourney is 18.

  • Seats for the televised stage of Poker Million VII are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. Should a player win two seats then he or she will forfeit one of them.

  • Players can only win one entry to an online Poker Million VII satellite, there is no cash alternative and seats are not transferable. Should any player win two seats then he or she will forfeit one of them.

  • Qualification for Poker Million VII will be complete once all available seats have been won.

  • Any player who wins a seat in the televised stages of the tournament has the right not to participate, but there is no cash alternative and in this instance, Ladbrokes will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.

  • The Tournament Director shall have absolute discretion to approve the clothing and apparel worn by the players during the filming of Poker Million VI. Logos worn by players must measure no larger than 3” by 2” and be worn on the left breast of outer apparel. No hats are to be worn during filming. A maximum of one logo can be displayed by each player.

  • Online qualifiers at Ladbrokes will be representing Ladbrokes Poker in Poker Million VII and will be required to display Ladbrokes logo on the left breast of their outer apparel during the filming of the tournament. Branded clothing or branded patches will be provided.

  • The Tournament Director shall have absolute discretion to remove any logo, image or words on the players’ clothing and apparel which in the opinion of the Tournament Director contravenes ITC regulations or the requirements of BSkyB.

  • By participating in the tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media coverage. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the 72 entrants in the 12 Televised Heat.

  • In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Ladbrokes. Ladbrokes will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.

  • Ladbrokes accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.

  • The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any 'fold / timeouts' or disconnects as per the general rules of the Ladbrokes Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Ladbrokes reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.

  • Ladbrokes reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.

  • Ladbrokes Tournament rules apply.

  • In the event of event cancellation or buy-in unavailability, cash equivalent will be awarded.
