Terms & Conditions


  • Participation in this promotion is restricted to female players only. Any male players intentionally participating in online qualification for ELC 2008 risk having their account suspended.

  • The $2,500 ELC 2008 package comprises: A single $2,000 entry to the televised stage of the ELC 2008 Tournament; Two tickets to the ELC Party on Friday 2nd May in London; Accommodation for two in London on Friday 2nd May; Four Green Room passes for London Studios on 3rd & 4th May; Transport between the hotel and the studios.

  • All filming will take place in London on the 3rd & 4th May 2008.

  • The minimum age limit for entry to the tournament is 18.

  • Seats for the televised stage of ELC 2008 are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. Should a player win two seats then they will forfeit one of them.

  • Players can only win one entry to each online ELC 2008 satellite. There is no cash alternative and seats are not transferable. Should any player win two seats for an individual ELC satellite, then they will forfeit one of them.

  • Qualification for ELC 2008 will be complete once all available seats have been won.

  • Any player who wins a seat in the televised stages of the tournament has the right not to participate, but there is no cash alternative. In this instance, Ladbrokes will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.

  • The Tournament Director shall have absolute discretion to approve the clothing and apparel worn by the players during the filming of ELC 2008. Logos worn by players must measure no larger than 3” by 2” and be worn on the left breast of outer apparel. No hats are to be worn during filming.

  • Online qualifiers at Ladbrokes Poker will be representing Ladbrokes in ELC 2008 and may be required to display Ladbrokes logo on the left breast of their outer apparel during the filming of the tournament. Branding clothing and adhesive Ladbrokes Logos will be provided.

  • The wearing of Ladbrokes logo when requested is required for the player to qualify for the added prize of a $14,000 WSOP Package.

  • Online qualifiers at Ladbrokes Poker will be not be able to wear any sponsors' logos other than Ladbrokes.

  • The Tournament Director shall have absolute discretion to remove any logo, image or words on the players’ clothing and apparel which in the opinion of the Tournament Director contravenes ITC regulations or the requirements of BSkyB.

  • By participating in the tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media coverage. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.

  • In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be re-run at the discretion of Ladbrokes. Ladbrokes will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be re-run.

  • Ladbrokes accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.

  • The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any 'fold / timeouts' or disconnects as per the general rules of the Ladbrokes Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Ladbrokes reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.

  • Ladbrokes reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.

  • Ladbrokes Tournament rules apply.

  • In the event of event cancellation or buy-in unavailability, cash equivalent will be awarded.
