I was given permission to leave the hospital today and have now switched the hospital bed with a hotel bed. We are staying just by the beach but its not much use to me since I can’t have a swim or be in the sun. However, it is nice with some change after being in a hospital room for 10 days. The nurses said that they would miss me since I am their best patient :) Apparently they all liked me as I during the operation went on about how good they were and that I would remember them forever, lol. They have been very nice to me and I appreciate it very much that they have cared for me so well.

I must go back to the hospital every day to wash and put new bandage on the foot so they will see me for another week. I got a sick amount of medication with me when I left the hospital. Against dizziness, pain, antibiotics, swelling etc. Over and out!
