The value of the Welcome Bonus you will receive is dependent on two factors:

• The value of your first Ladbrokes Poker Chip purchase
• The number of qualifying raked hands that you participate in within the first 30 days of your first Ladbrokes Poker Chip purchase. This can be checked with the Raked Hand Checker in your Poker Lobby.

What have I got to do?

To receive a Welcome Bonus, your first poker chip purchase must be at least $50 (or the equivalent in your local currency), and you must accumulate at least the minimum requirement of qualifying raked hands as per the table below within 30 days of your first poker chip purchase. Once you have met the criteria below, you must fill in the claim form below to be credited with your welcome bonus.

For example: If you were to make an initial purchase of $50 of poker chips, you would need to accumulate 600 Qualifying Raked Hands within 30 days of your first poker chip purchase to receive your bonus of $50.

Note: For the purposes of the Welcome bonus promotion, you will only accumulate raked hands in cash games. You will accumulate 1 Raked Hand every time you participate in a Qualifying Raked Hand. For more information on rake click here.

You can check how many Raked Hands you have accumulated by clicking on the MENU option in the bottom left hand corner of the Ladbrokes Poker Lobby, selecting MY ACCOUNT and the selecting the Raked Hand Checker option. This page will allow you to see how many qualifying raked hands you have participated in between the selected dates.

If you make your claim before you have accumulated enough Rake you may be awarded the lower bonus, and will therefore be excluded for the full match of your first deposit. We would advise customers to claim only when they have fully qualified by meeting the terms and conditions.

All bonuses will be paid in your local currency at the current exchange rate on the day of the payment.

Terms And Conditions

1. This offer is not valid for customers from China and Singapore.
2. Only one free Welcome Bonus offer per customer, per household and per computer.
3. You can only claim one of the Welcome Bonus offers.
4. You will earn your Welcome Bonus once you have purchased the required minimum amount of poker chips, accumulated the required number of Raked Hands and completed the welcome bonus claim form within 30 days from the date of your first poker chip purchase.
5. This offer is only valid on your first poker chip purchase.
6. To participate in the Welcome Bonus offer, the amount of your first poker chip purchase in your local currency will have to equate to the USD levels described above.
7. You must submit a claim to receive your bonus.
8. If eligible, you will be paid your bonus in full, up to a maximum of $1,000, in your local currency.
9. Prize money payments will be made in the currency equivalent to the customer's account. The exchange rate that will be used for the payments will reflect the exchange rate of the day that the payment is made.
10. All payments will be made within 3 working days from submitting your claim.
11. This offer cannot be combined with any other bonus or promotional offer other than the Rake Race promotion.
12. Only those players playing with real money are eligible for the Welcome Bonus.
13. The bonus must be used on Ladbrokes Poker. Any attempt to abuse the spirit of this promotion may result in your account being suspended.
