Significant Terms & Conditions

• NO CASH ALTERNATIVE for seats won in the 15 seat guaranteed tournament
• Seats can be sold/ swapped with a Ladbrokes Poker account holder - this must be completed by Friday 23rd September at 13:00 BST
• The Last Chance final guarantees 15 seats in the Main Event only. Accommodation or expenses are not included.
• All Qualifiers will be required to have or open at the Festival an Account. All winnings received by a Qualifier during the Festival will be paid into the Qualifier’s Account except for €1,500 which may be paid to the Qualifier in cash upon request. No cheques will be issued in relation to a Qualifier’s winnings at the Festival.
• Any player whose Ladbrokes Account is in a different base currency to EUR, we will convert from Euros at ‘spot’ rate as per www.oanda.com on the day we make the payments into players Ladbrokes Accounts.
• No cash alternative is offered for the Killarney 2011 Package or Main Event Seat, however, the Killarney Package may be transferred at Ladbrokes’ sole discretion prior to 23rd September 2011 in accordance with the Promotion Terms & Conditions.
• No cash alternative will be offered for unused or unwanted Tournament Tickets.
• If Players buy in for a Main Event Seat and then win a Killarney Package Ladbrokes will refund the Main Event Seat price.
• Ladbrokes accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any Player during any Ladbrokes on-line poker tournament, such as fold/timeout or disconnects in accordance with the General Rules of the Ladbrokes Poker Service. If a tournament is disrupted by system or network issues, Ladbrokes reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
• Ladbrokes reserves the right to refuse access to the Promotion to any Player or to withdraw any Tournament Ticket or Prize awarded to a Player at any time and for whatever reason.
• Winners may be contacted for publicity purposes which they shall participate in free of charge as directed by Ladbrokes.
