Avoid tilt, by treating the bad beat and the good draw the same thus retaining focus. Know when you are beat because one chip saved is as good as one chip won.

Any comments on Ladbrokes Poker?
Tried many others but this is the only site keeps me interested.

Which player at Ladbrokes Poker do you most respect and why?
Most of the top pros but mainly Daniel Negreanu for the manner in which he plays the game. A sporting loser and gracious winner. Many of us could learn a thing or two.
