LEOCOP 2, Main Event - Full Report

With the delayed event to go: The Ladbrokes European Online Championship of Poker 2 has already paid out $1,383,025 including the main event’s $920,000; The Champions so far are Tragic in the rebuy, _Theah_ in the Omaha hi/lo, Jat7065 in the Omaha, Knubbis in the fixed limit Holdem and Strummer9 in the pot limit Holdem.

The main event buy in was $2,500 with 5000 starting chips and half hour blinds, with 368 players one of them at the end with have all 1,840,000 chips and $230,000 along with the main event bracelet and the title of the European online main event champion.

At 18:05 the virtual tourney director told the virtual dealers to shuffle up and deal.

It was a whole 29 minutes after the start before the 1st casualty, who was Masterby closely followed by hamsterboy, DirkNutt3, Finessi and GGGPPP333999.

At the 1st hour break; only them 5 players had been eliminated the top 10 on the leaderboard were; Crawfski1, Bitter_Bob, Biglad, Donlaur, Actionjack, Jonnie5, Gerigi, Punkfloyd, Whiteindian2 and SarahJane all had over 8500 chips.

Hour 2

In the 2nd hour Bambam went out, running his pair of jacks into the KK of Fabian all-in preflop, although to be fair bambam was relatively short stacked (1500 chips).

Foldem went out when all-in on a flop of A28 holding AQ Mollymar with QQ called and caught the last Q in the pack on the turn to win the 3000 chips.

Some of the players that left the tourney in the 2nd hour were; W3sty, Salmonoysta, b4matt, Collins3, brianJe, KunkuWap, P10ker, Zanzibar, Calcutta and fraggell.

The top 10 on the leaderboard were; hellraiser, Fishphood, the_road_end, wldrick, Actionjack, Gattcha, crawfski1, Walshie, Bitter_Bob and Knubbis all with more than 14,000 chips with a tourney average of just short of 6000.

At the 2nd break there were 313 left in;

Hour 3

Goldenjak raised preflop to 900 when the blinds were 75/150 all folded to giraff in the Big blind who called for the extra 750, the flop came A5J and giraff bet out 600, that was re-raised by GoldenJak, both managed to get all their chips and the middle and Goldenjak flipped over AA to beat the A5 of giraff, power of the A5 didn’t work this time.

Fabian got a needed double up with AK versus Belsey with QQ when all-in pre-flop, the board came AKT 55, to give fabian 5000 chips.

Players started leaving a little bit quicker in the third hour some of them were; Mcdamon, Neil003, Reeldizzy, _dolly_, pocket72, jambo669, pokerkong_1, demon1, mugger, madblue, Five_Aces, Tragic, andy7777, TheDuke11, davmcg, Errol_Flynn(didn’t know he played poker) miso000, rugster1, chipmagnet and T8MML( 1 of my pre tourney fav’s).

Only 216 were left at the 3rd break, the 10 with the most chips were; the_road_end, walshie, rekop, aLxzzz, bitter_bob, Hellraiser, spieleR, coggeboy, Aitken65 and wiredalex! All with more than 20,000 chips when the average tourney chip stack was 8,500.

Hour 4

Sealey re-raised preflop after onyourknees raised from early position, and a short think onyourknees pushed all-in with TT only to find Sealey with AA, everyone on the table know other than onyourknees, Sealey took the 12,000 pot and dumped onyourknees out in 205th.

Misha1 went all-in preflop in the Small blind with AK off, ActionJack in the Big blind called with QQ, the flop came JQK turn Ace river King to give Misha the almost 10k pot.

Actionjack re-raised the preflop raise of Caaling who just called, the flop came 532, and Caaling was all-in Actionjack called and flipped over AA, caaling had TT but the river spade give Caalling the 13k pot to knock out Actionjack in 161st.

Inpulsekid with QT on a flop of 2Q7 re-raised all-in after a big bet from JimmyDean, Jimmy called with a set of 2’s and send impulsekid packing 152nd.

Maxypaxy asked Longines the question when going all-in on a board of 965 5 Longines somehow made the call with AK to find maxypaxy with AT the river 5 was no help, and longines amazing call gained him 26,000 chips and put him in the top 5 chips leaders.

In the 4th hour, Meds, Suntankid1, RonRicard, Maccio, HEILANCO, pkrbt, falting, biglad (one of the early chip leaders) dillinger3, MrMo, Fabian, Jaffacake, hopster, Punkfloyd, Mafews, Toolbox, Actionjack, Festival1, Decision (Ladbrokes pre tourney fav) SarahJane, Bitter_Bob ( one time chip leader) nuts999 and boomer797 were all evicted from the tourney.

Hour 5

Andr3w was all-in preflop with AK versus TT of Voyager75, the river T wasn’t needed to send Andr3w out 117th.

the_road_end found AA in mid position and raised preflop to 3200 that was re-raise to 8000 by acropolis, the-road-end pushed all-in for 32,000 and it was called, acropolis flipped over KK and the board came TK5 K7 to give acropolis quad kings and a almost 80,000 pot knocking out the one time chip leader in 100th.

Maxypaxy went out 93rd all-in preflop with AK, only to run into Jaak with KK, the AKT flop wasn’t what maxy wanted to see.

Voyager75 got his chips in the middle when in front with QQ getting GoldenJak to put all his chips in with TT, but "always the river" was a Ten to give GoldenJak the 25,000 chip pot. Voyager75 went out not long after with JJ losing to QQ for a 34k pot.

n the 5th hour some of the other players to fall were; blutengel, TackSAM, Chesney, Gretzky, Visa1, dynamisk, plymlegend, eleperv, BigTR, meavdenuts1, trosan, legato, taffstour, coggeboy, gattcha, zim, chinny, wildrick, Sealey, voyager75 and theboss1959.

Hour 6

Lobbylud was all-in with AK, rekop called with AQ small blind V big Blind, unfortunately for lobby the river was a Q to knock him out 67th giving rekop the 22,000 chips. lobbylud then lost a 57,000 pot when holding AJ on a 7J8 flop, lagombra won the pot with 88.

hellraiser lost a big pot when calling an all-in with JJ, X_Angel pushed with 22 and was in trouble until the 2 came on the flop to win the 28k pot.

Saphire1 with KK took the 40,000 pot when an attempted re-steal went wrong by Rekop who pushed with AT, no ace came and he was out 61th.

In the 6th hour some of the other casualties were; langey2002, wiredalex, titanium, pointdexter, misha1, whiteindian2, longines, jimmydean, tickets, bilthebandit, mitchhh, aLxzzz, foldornot, hlmsdog, Knubbis and _theah_

Hour 7

Hellraiser lost a 50k pot all-in preflop with JJ losing to AQ of saphire1 leaving hellraiser with less than 5,000 chips, but he managed to double up a few hands later with J8 suited making a flush, then again with A3 v the KK of lagombra putting him back in the mix.

Kockajavel pushed all-in with AT on a board of 52A JQ after raising preflop, Jaak called the raise and the all-in with AK to knock Kockajavel out 47th.

Hellraiser re-raised all-in with JJ but the call came from saphire1 who had AK and the King on the flop give Saphire1 the 50k pot knocking out hellraiser in 45th.

King_J was out 44th all-in preflop with AK when running into MrGerrard with QQ for a 34k pot when the board offered neither player improvements.

The very popular Tottovicz was next, all-in preflop with QQ but running into Funcsurfa who had AA for a 43k pot Tottovicz finished 43rd.

Belsey was 42nd all-in with AA but getting called by Akropolis1 with TT and catching a T on the flop for 44k.

In the 7th hour amongst others, taggart, davorsuker, max_tilt, walshie, taximan007, h1john, all fell at the last obstacle, the bubble went to Jonnie5 who pushed all-in in the small blind with Q9 running into Crippin in the big blind with QJ the J on the flop meant that Jonnie5 who played a great game got the position no one wanted.

In the 8th hour the following all received $4140 for coming 40th to 31st

Cerebrum was out 40th all-in with AK, losing to Coxxa who had 44, in 39th was Adamfrommk who pushed with 77 but ran into the KK of MrGerrard, Sportsmanspa was 38th losing with J9 to Whitebeach with K2, Manna79 was 37th with A5 losing to Lagombra with A7, out 36th was Aitken65 who pushed with AT only to run into MrGerrards AQ, Crippen was 35th losing to AT of Furuhall, Crawfski1 was out 34th with A5 losing to A3 and a river flush of ZunRa, 63Jimboy went 33rd with 22 losing to K8 of akropolis1 32nd was Funcsurfa, with AQ running into KK of Grazza and 31st was Hugo who went out with TT to the A9 of Caalling.

30th to 21st all received $6,440.

Boff was 30th short stacked with 29, losing to Whilebeach with Q8, Flemming was next with AK that lost to the QJ of Saphire1, out 28th was StanleyB who lost with A7 to 88 of ZunRa, Fid000 was out 27th pushing with AQ but running into AK of lagombra, Dollars was unlucky when he pushed with AQ only to lose to A3 of X_angel, 25th was Dymlingen who lost with A3 to QQ of snakeman221, SpieleR was out 24th with 99 running into KK of cuteknight, 23rd was Skylle with At losing to lagombra with AJ, Caalling went 22nd with AT losing to A6 of Nixen and out 21st was snakeman221 who lost with AQ running into the AA of Roytheboy.

Hour 9

20th to 11th all received $8,280.

X_Angel went out 20th pushing with Q9 but finding QT of lagombra, out 19th was ZunRa with A5 losing to J9 of Nixen, 18th akropolis with 9T losing to AQ of lagombra, and 17th was ChrisCC pushing with 78 finding AK of Coxxa, Noian was 16th unluckily with AA finding Whitebeach with KK who made a river flush, 15th was Pauhj1 running his JJ into AQ of Roytheboy, MrGerrard was out 14th with KK losing to A3 of Furuhall, 13th the curse of the AA struck again when Jaak lost to K2 and 2 pair of Cuteknight, 12th GoldenJak went all-in with KT but found Whitebeach with AK, and 11th was Cuteknight with KJ finding Grazza with QQ.

Out 10th winning $11,500 was Furuhall with AQ losing to Coxxa with AA.

Hour 10

Out in 9th place winning $16,100 was gergi with AK losing to 99 of Saphire1. Roytheboy was out 8th winning $23,000 when he pushed with K4 but straight into the monster QQ of saphire1. Saphire1 won $32,200 finishing 7th when his KQ push found lagombra with AA, Polse_68 was 6th winning $41,400 with K5 losing to TJ of Whitebeach.

Hour 11

With still 5 left, 1st to go winning $55,200 for 5th was lagombra with AQ losing to the impressive looking Coxxa with 66.

Coxxa was very unfortunate finishing in 4th after a number of bad beats this time pushing with JJ but losing to AK of Grazza to pick up $73,600.

Whitebeach won $101,200 for 3rd when all-in with JJ but losing to Nixon who had 77 but caught his set on the turn.

Heads up started at 5:37am, and the final hand at 5:52am with the runner up collecting $147,200 and the winner a massive $230,000...
