At Ladbrokes Poker we offer you 3 levels of rake back:

• 30% Rake Back - Players with a balance of at least 25,000 Player Points will receive an automatic cash payment of 30% of their rake contribution
• 25% Rake Back - Players with a balance of between 10,000 and 24,999 Player Points who have submitted the relevant claim form will receive a cash payment of 25% of their rake contribution
• 20% Rake Back - Players with a balance of between 5,000 and 9,999 Player Points who have submitted the relevant claim form will receive a cash payment of 20% of their rake contribution

How to claim!

Claim forms will be available from mid-month, both on the website and via the poker lobby, for you to register your claim for either 20% or 25% Cash Back. You will need to enter your username (not your poker alias) and email address on the form and click ‘Claim Now’ to send us your request. Claim forms must be submitted by 23:59 UK Time on Tuesday 5th August.

Please note: you must keep the required number of Player Points in your balance (at least 5,000 PP for 20% Cash Back or 10,000 PP for 25% Cash Back) until the end of the promotional month for your claim to be valid. Claims will then be processed on the basis of your rake contribution during June’s promotion as described above, and the Cash Back payment will be made to your poker account on or before 5th July.

Terms and Conditions

• The Ladbrokes Poker Player Points promotion begins on Tuesday 1st July 2008 and ends at 23.59 UK Time, Thursday 31st July 2008.
• Ladbrokes Poker reserves the right to extend or remove this promotion at any time.
• Player Points cannot be converted into cash.
• Maximum Cash Back amount is 30% of your rake contribution within the qualifying period. 30% Cash Back is payable on 1st August 2008 and recipients will be notified by email.
• Players may not claim more than one level of Cash Back within the same promotional period.
• 25% and 20% Cash Back is payable on or before 6th August 2008 to qualifying customers who have correctly submitted the claim form by 23:59 UK Time on Tuesday 5th August 2008. Customers who have submitted a claim must retain the minimum Player Point requirement in their balance for the Cash Back percentage they have claimed until the end of the promotional period.
• Players will not earn Player Points for Beginners Tables.
• Player Points cannot be transferred.
• This offer is only available to real money customers who have made a real money deposit at Ladbrokes Poker. Guest play does not count towards the Player Points promotion.
• The offer is available to genuine players only, genuine players being ones that are active and participating in games with the intention of winning pots. Any attempt to abuse the spirit of this promotion may result in your account being suspended and the deduction of your Player Points.
• The promoter reserves the right to reclaim Player Points already accrued, and any monies gained from redeemed Player Points, if customers are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion.
