As Europe’s leading on-line poker site, Ladbrokespoker.com values each and every player. If it becomes necessary to cancel a tournament we will endeavour to treat our customers equally and fairly. The specific circumstances and timing of any cancellation will be a vital contributing aspect that the Senior Poker Manager will base their decision on.

Ladbrokespoker.com will not be held responsible for any failure to provide its poker service due to unforeseen circumstances or causes, which are beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to: fire, flood, earthquakes, war, acts of terrorism, fibre cuts, failure of the telecommunications or information services infrastructure, hacking or spam attacks.

By participating in a tournament a player accepts the risk of an Internet disconnection, lag or freezes. Ladbrokespoker.com does not accept any responsibility for player disconnections except a server crash or connectivity problems in Gibraltar.

In the event of any dispute, Ladbrokespoker.com management decision will be final.

Tournament Cancellation

  • If the tournament has not started, a full refund of the buy in amount will be given.

  • If the tournament has started and most players are still active, a full refund of the buy in amount and any additional fees will be given.

  • If the Senior Poker Manager takes the decision to cancel a tournament with a refund:
    All players are refunded the tournament buy in amount and any additional fees.

  • If the Senior Poker Manager takes the decision to cancel a tournament with a payout:
    All remaining players will receive a payout based on the percentage of chips held in relation to the total number of chips left in play.

  • If a tournament with a guaranteed prize pool is cancelled Ladbrokespoker.com will only refund the total buy in.

    Please note, every effort is made to treat all our customers equally and fairly. The Senior Poker Manager will be responsible for resolving any queries which arise.
